Wilderness adventure including rafting, zip lining and hiking

into separate trips of 10–12 participants by age

Location:Costa Rica – Rio Pacuare and Orosi; Nicaragua – Granada and Ometepe
Community service:30+ hours

Credit Earned:
High school and/or two college academic credits through Lesley University
30+ community service hours
Academic Evaluation:
Oral and written Spanish exam, light homework, reading and oral comprehension, journal

This Academic Treks program includes home stays and/or time spent in cities. As with all Academic Treks programs, our strict rules regarding maintaining a healthy atmosphere apply. Conduct such as drinking or smoking is not permitted.
